Bought the mild to hot sampler. Very happy. I've snuck in various pepper in place of regular pepper in a number of dishes. Got a big thumbs up from my wife, although she didn't know what I changed in the recipe. I'll be trying the hotter flavors as I experiment. I like all the choices the sampler pack offers.
Great spices! We have purchased from him prior and are happy with the purchase again. Bill, the owner is pleasant to work with. Our order had gotten lost in transit. I contacted the company and a replacement order was quickly sent out. We will continue to order from him in the future and also look forward to seeing him at future wine festivals when COIVD is all over and public events happen again.
We prepared a pork loin using the smoke chilli blend rub recipe. The option of the recipe we used included the Rosetta's Farm chipotle habanero spice. We smoked it for an hour and increased the temp to 350 to finish. The loin was excellent. The recipe for the rub would make a great stand-alone package. We will try it next on ribs.
